Making the decision to switch all three of our locations to a POS system at the time seemed stressful and a lot. Tally POS made the entire process as seamless and stress free as possible. Carleen was a tremendous help from start to finish in the process of programming our menu into our POS system. She also ensured we were trained on the system so that we are in control and able to make any quick necessary changes without a headache. Changing prices or menu items is a breeze. If an issue arises with credit card transactions or really any issues at all, customer service is there to make sure the issue is resolved quickly and efficiently. Carleen and the whole Tally crew are extremely knowledgeable not only in POS systems but making a customer feel comfortable in transitioning from a regular register to a high-tech POS system. “Back in 2007 we decided that it was the time for an upgrade in our restaurant and started shopping around for a POS System. At the beginning, there were more questions than answers and after the recommendation from a good friend who installed it in all his restaurants, we contacted Tally POS. Based on the recommendation, meeting them, and their expertise shown addressing all our questions, we decided to go with them. They made the entire process super easy, and a couple of meetings were enough to piece together our extensive menu which is mainly in Spanish as we are an Argentinian Steakhouse. The final product given to us was so well put together, that almost 15 years later it remains intact. We opened a second location in 2012 and had Tally POS install there as well. Tally’s POS system is very user friendly. Their support team is always available. Our system only suffered from wear and tear through the years. Never hit a glitch nor a problem that will put us out on a busy night. Tally is also on top of the upgrades and the needs of the industry to keep you updated and compliant with new regulations especially in the credit card and the internet world.
